sure - they have no sugar, and lots of protien. They do have cholesterol so if you are going to eat alot of eggs I would try not to eat any other meat for the day.

I think with gestational diabetes you have to be more careful with the refined sugar, and simple carbohydrates.

If you cook for yourself using fresh whole ingredients that haven't been processed a whole lot you should be just fine. Good Luck!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Yes you can eat eggs. YOu can eat anything but limit your bad carbs aka white bread and things like that. You also need to eat 3 healthy meals a day with a high protein snack between each meal and before bedtime to help keep the blood sugar more level.

Yes, eggs should be OK. Educate yourself on the glycemic indices of food (low are simple sugars, white bread) and high glycemic index food (complex carbs which burn more slowly leading to more even blood sugar levels). Try to eat more complex carbs. For example, choose whole grain bread over plain white bread. Also cinnamon and exercise can lower insulin resistance. If you like it, sprinkle cinnamon on oatmeal or other foods and start a walking program if it is OK with your doc.

suggest you eat only egg whites, not the yolks, they are very high fat and are difficult for the body to metabolize.
