definatly at Luau... trust me i turned 13 last week and i didnt feel very special, so every girl should feel special when they turn 13....hope it works for you, and you can see ur friends any other day lolz

I think you should do a Luau at the beach. That way you can do a bon fire and swim.

I think you should do a day at the beach! Have a campfire, light up some sparklers, make smores, swim, play games.. anything you want! Its your day!
