My husband often wakes up to HIS own snoring!
And yes, he does wake me up too..I snore a bit on really humid nights, but nothing like he does!

Yes! I snore like a bear, and my husband is even worse. He says I keep him up all night, while I feel like he does the same to me.

We both have reduced our snoring by losing some weight, trying new sleeping positions, and I've even used those breathe right strips.

Bottom line: at night we still drive each other crazy!

It means they might be able to get a couple's rate for their sleep studies and home CPAP machines. LOL!

I had to share a hotel room with my mom and dad two weeks ago and they both snore. My dad snores like a chainsaw, my mom not so badly. I think my mom gets woken-up by my dad but doesn't say anything about it. They could both benefit from a sleep study and weight loss.

The problem isn't so much waking up as going to sleep in the first place. LOL The first one asleep will keep the other awake!
