I never heard of rasmalai containing eggs, it's supposed to be made of milk.

I thought that rasmalai didn't need eggs in it. I don't eat meat or eggs either so we always use milk instead.

I don't know the recipe, never heard of it But I use egg-replacer, it's powder I get fomr the health food shop. It is not suitable for all recipes but for a lot of them it is :)

Good luck!

Use egg replacer powder-run to your local health food shop before it closes!
