It's summer-time! Take him outdoors with lots of family and friends. ! & Beer. If you can.. Out on a boat would be awesome.
Then maybe some time alone for you both. Make sure if you kiss him . tell him "wow, first time i'ved kissed a 40 year old" K. Good Luck!

Everything 1967!! Decorate and dress as if it's 1967 all over. Play some 60's music. It will be a blast from the past!

well it depends if hes outgoing or not if hes outgoing then he wouldnt mind a surprise party with his friends and a theme like over the hills you should have like 40 ballooons and cards around that are all saying hes old and like mabe get a cake looking like a hill and get and action figure on top of it and have it say your over the hiill now and play old music or you could have like a sentimental one get all his old friends together and pictures of him when he was younger invite family have a cook out dance a little give him a special toast make him feel young agian bring him back to kid ages...hope this helped a bit

Well I don't know how you feel on the subject of strippers, but if you are secure in your marriage, call a service up for that, give them your rules about not going over board on the touchy feely thing, invite a bunch of friend's and older family member's over, cater's, and whatever you like to drink, and have a blast!!!!
