I was having a conversation with my boyfriend, when he told me his face had 'fallen asleep'. I've never heard of this before, and I'm a little worried. Now he says it's not only in his face now, but its the same way on his left arm. Should I be worried about something being wrong with his heart? Other than his face and his arm, nothing else seems to be wrong...

Now he's saying that it's harder to breath than it was earlier and his stomach hurts. I'm really starting to get worried now...

Numbness in the face and arm sounds like a neurological issue rather than cardiac. If this continues, or he is having difficulty controlling the muscles in these areas as well, a prompt visit to an emergency room would be in order. Better safe than sorry.

this is a problem. anytime something goes numb suddenly it's a sign. get off the computer and call the doc or 911
