Yes, I do. It's pretty much the same method as for any other person:
Here’s all you need to lose weight and get healthy. First, you have to realize there is no quick, long lasting weight loss plan or pill that is going to do the trick. It’s purely mental. You have to learn to “Eat to live, don’t live to eat”. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? It is, if you understand that you are going to be reprogramming how you think about eating for the next few weeks. Old habits die hard, right? Not really. You get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good habits. If you learn to count your calories, keep calorie intake lower than output, exercise moderately, and eat only healthy food, you will lose weight. That’s a fact. All it takes is repetition. All success stories have this in common: The successful folks among us know how to be patient, persistent, and consistent. Set a goal and stick with it. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream. I was recently put on a large amount of insulin and the result was a least a 20 pound weight gain. I have tried many ways to lose this weight with no success. However, there is a relatively new injection for diabetics called Byetta. This injection works on the brain and they found that one side effect of it was decreased appetite. Nausea is another side effect but on the 5 unit dosage it isn't too bad. However, I will be going up to the maximum dosage of 10 units in three weeks and I have bee told that the nausea increases and there is a good chance vomiting may begin also. But that the weight lose will happen also. It may be worth your time to speak with your endocrinologist about it. Good luck.

a half pound a week is a good record!!! It is never easy to loose weight, but being on insulins is even harder to loose it!! Yeah!! Me too on the orals and insulins!! I eat far fewer carbs per meal than you do, maybe 10 for breakfast, 30 for lunch and dinner each, and have as carb free snacks as possible. I don't have a treadmill but go walk sheep and train dogs for a couple of hours every day. Sheep must be lead trained as well as the dogs trained to herd the sheep. Takes much time walking and running to do these things. Insulin is indeed the fat hormone! It helps the bod store fat. Excess insulins help the bod store even more fat in those of us who are compromised. Just keep on with the half pound a week!! That is a good healthy weight loss! It won't come back rapidly that way. Maybe it is some other med you are taking that is preventing weight loss?? Dr took me off ARB med last month and put me on another BP med. In that month I have lost 2 inches of waist!!! Not much weight loss, but the 2 inches gives me hope to get back down to my chosen size!!!

There's no easy way, but you definitely need to do this with the guidance of your health care provider. I would also recommend seeing a registered dietician experienced with diabetic patients.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Read here https://tr.im/p666E
Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

my doctor put me on a diet and Ive lost 50 lbs in 6 months small portions and eating five times to six times a day even if its a cracker every hour this speeds up your metabolism and then you start loosing weight remember that you will first gain a little then your system will change and you will start loosing weight.
remember to consult your doctor before changing your diet this can cause you to have problems w/ sugar levels also.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/73ed3
