I am not sure what you are asking, but here is a little help that I found about 3 years ago.
White rice and white potatoes RAISE the blood sugar, right?

Well, BROWN rice and SWEET POTATOES do NOT!!!!

When you mix the cooked brown rice with a (can of)
Black Turtle Beans, or red Kidney beans,
the combination of the TWO create the
PERFECT PROTEIN, which is a fine substitute for the meat challenged, both economical, and it is much better for our cholesterol and tri-glyceride index.
