I would pick beef brocolli as the healthier dish.
Fried rice and chow mein are good, but sometimes a lot of oil is used to cook the dish. Also, there is a minimal amount of veggies in the dish.
Beef brocolli can have a high oil and sodium content, but at least you're eating a vegetable.

the one with the most nutrients would be the Beef with Broccoli
BUT
you can also get the fried rice in a more healthy way by asking them to cook it with less oil.... now i dont know what EMS up there is talking about but fried rice is not technically "fried" it's rice that is cooked and then stir fried (completely different) in a little bit of oil (to cause it to not stick to the wok) with eggs and vegetables but leave the MSG in because if you cook it without the MSG you will get a totally different taste, you can ask for less but i just leave it in, the best again is the beef with broccoli just tell them to cook it with less oil and salt if you worry about all that junk

Brocoli beef is definately the healthiest food, with chow mein in second and fried rice last. all fried foods are lacking in health...and brocoli and beef are good sources of calcium and vitamin C very crucial too one's diet. leaving chow mein...to be stuck in the middle.

I would say broccoli beef - broccoli has a lot of Vitamin C in it and beef has protein. :)

unless you prepare it yourself, they're almost all equally bad, with the broccoli beef being slightly better out of the three, but you don't know how they're preparing it if you're eating out ... order it w/o msg.
