A lot of health websites suggest you eat 6 times a day but you have to eat the right kinds of food. Only eating yogurt would probably hurt you in the long run. You could invest into a fat burner, such as hydroxy cut. Its fairly cheap and works very well. I've been using it for a month now and have seen great results, just make sure to stay hydrated. Go to a gym and do some cardio and try to stay away from the junk food. Hope this helps.

Of course. You'll slim right down just by eating all fresh fruits all morning and regular meals otherwise. Just changing your mornings will do it -- very quickly.

Protein protein protein... why are people so crazy out about it Humans can life on fruit alone. We're designed for it. There's a tonne of protein in fruit. What you'd be missing out on would be fats, not protein on a 100% fruit diet. That's where those coconuts and nuts and seeds come in (never mix with fruit). So are olives. You'd want them to all be fresh organic local and hopefully picked by your own hands, or you might miss out on that b12 too (it is found on the outside of plants and in the dirt, etc.) since store bought stuff is heavily washed etc.

Yes! But remember there are more fruits than the sweet ones. There's eggplant, zuchinni, and all your soft squashs, tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.

Yes, you can lose quite a bit of weight by doing so, but you put your health at risk. Your body needs protein. That is not readily found on the foods you listed. (btw- did you spell check?)
Any-who, you should also incorporate beans and legumes to make sure you get enough protein.

Yes you could, but you could get weak just eating that, you would have to add some proteins and take some vitamins to have some energy.
