What are your favorite energy Bars/ Meal replacement bars? Why?

Any ideas for a semi-athletic teen?

I eat Luna bars, there not a meal replacement, but they are really tastey and come in a huge variety of flavors. If you are looking for a meal replacement bar, try Cliff bars. Luna is made by Cliff, so there both the same company.

I like Zone Perfect bars (energy bars, not meal replacement) because they have a good variety of flavors and they have a good crispy texture ... a lot of energy bars have a pasty/gummy texture that I can't stand. Luna bars are good too but don't have as much protein as Zone bars.

Well it just so happens, i am a semi-athletic vegetarian teen and i like Power Bars, Kashi, and Go Lean bars, they taste great and have alot of protein and nutrients. Good luck!!!

I try to never leave home w/o an energy bar. I love Lara Bars b/c they're raw, come in some great flavors & taste great. Clif Nectar bars taste like cookies & I like to share them with our companion rats. Luna Bars are available in lots of flavors & I can kind them almost everywhere but I can't get my SO to try them b/c he thinks they're "chick food."
Darn, there's another raw food bar I really like but I can't think of the name & we don't have any here. It's got a lot of "green" food in it & comes in both regular & chocolate covered.

LaraBars & Jocolat Bars;
They are raw, organic, contain NO soy, dairy, gulten. Just Dried Fruit, Nuts, Seasonings. Jocolat had chocolate in them.

i second the lara bars. they have no more than five ingredients, and all of them natural and healthy.

i wouldn't replace any meals with any bars, though.
