I vote for the Argetinian kitchen (red meat, red meat and red meat and extremely greasy) for which do you vote? BTW for anyone who thinks the American kitchen is the worst, I don´t agree, because you´ve got so many options among which great salads...

I think Scottish cuisine is pretty bad, considering they have a really high rate of heart disease. (fried Mars Bar?)

Also Finnish food. Jaque Chirac once said: "After Finland, [Britain is] the country with the worst food."

As an Australian who has travelled extensively I would have to say the American cuisine, it has far too many calories, fat and loaded with mayo, their salads are smothered in fat loaded dressings etc. fries everywhere and loads of salt

Sorry if I have offended but this is as I see it

Southern cooking and soul food- fried chicken or steak with green beans with bacon, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw and to top it off, cookies made with tons of butter and sweet tea
Can't get worse than that

As much as I love traditional Southern cooking, and I grew up on it, I would have to say it ranks low on the health scale.

My diet now consists of lean meat, vegetables, fruits and salads. I do not fry anything.
