if your thinking about starting your own small business, like a boat livery-you should build?
A) with out top grade goods so that you'll have some money if your operation doesn;t succed
B)with out top grade goods so that you'll have enough left over, to build a snack bar
C)or by top grade boats, and spend less on everything else
D)or by top grade boats and use the best materials for everything else, even if it costs more?

Buy top grade boats. They are the core of your business. If they are down for repairs you have no business. You can skimp on the snack bar materials and equipments costs for that. If you are not drawing people onto your boats or people don't like and feel safe on them they won't come back. The snack bar is peripheral to your core business model, boat livery. Always keep the core revenue stream of the business model as the major point of focus and investment.
