Hun, I'm 21 and going into medical school to earn a degree for doctors position, and I'd say lay off a bit on the junk food, your hands are shaking because of the food that you are eating, it raises your blood pressure and causes a reaction to shake. While your taking a break from fast food put some caffine in your body it stops the hand from shaking. Take pain relievers if you ARE NOT on any meds. the little chest pain is from te athsma.I know... two of my guy buds have asthma. Hang in there because you are not dying. Just take it easy and give your body a little time to addapt to your asthma affect, but keep your weight low as you are now. If any thing gets worse contact me @, mannie_21@yahoo.com. But if you think your in TROUBLE call your Doc. and alert him\her. Good luck hope you get better hunny.

Do you snore? Do you wake up in a panic with your heart racing and shortness of breath? I suffered panic attacks for years until an ear, nose and throat doctor recommended a sleep study. I found out I have sleep apnea. And no, I am not overweight or a man! I now use a cpap machine that forces air past any blockages in your throat. It has helped me quite a bit, so I thought I would pass on the info.

If you are still having chest pain and numbness in hands with shortness of breath or to ER and let them know the test you already have had. They will place you on a heart moderator. You could be having a light one.
My husband has these problems and he was told he had an enlarge heart and was have angina attacks. He has had two heart attacks.

The symtoms of a panic attack can bring all these other medical problems on. You should see a physciatrist and get on the meds you need. You could have a low quantity of seritonin in your brain. It's the chemical that your brain produces that allows the electrical impulses of the brain to travel in the order they should. With this interrupted you can and will feel alot of differant symptoms. Please don't worry there is help out there. You will be ok.

You sound all screwed up. Seems as if a majority of your problems are YOU! Get your A-- back to the hospital and get checked out thoroughly.
(leave that "X", Coke or Meth Alone) You're too young to be complaining about all those symptoms.

If it gets better after sugary foods it may be low blood sugar. I didnt see that test mentioned above. All of the symptoms yuo mentioned could fit that.

well i think your probably not going to die...all you need to do is change your eating habbits..you also need medicine for your asthma and allergies.. i also have allergies and asthma so its best to stay away from things that you are allergic to and not to work yourself to hard neither.even if you did have a little attack i doubt you would die...you would probably just have an asthma attack

Sounds like a rare disorder. God is the best physician so please pray. Take good care of yourself, alert neighbors and loved ones to look out for you and get yourself a Medic Alert bracelet TODAY. Live and don't die.

Just keep cool. It is better you talk to a psychologist. asma isn't a lethal disease and heart attack is related to neurotic events. then "Just keep cool".

If it is not physical, it might be mental problem or could be the combination of both. Do you have any problem/ stress recently?
