Meatless meat?

I have tried many meatless meat brands like boca and morningstar, but my mom says they freak her out because she doesnt know what is in them (chemicals or something) that makes it taste and have the same texture as meat. does any one know the ingredients in them..particularly morningstar chik'n nuggets. thx<3

Try Amy's kitchen brand. All of these products are organic and egg-free too.

There are a lot of chemicals in those brands you mentioned.

If you're worried about chemicals, then look for organic foods.

have her read the ingredients... it's mostly soy based.

Your mom is afraid of Chik'n Nuggets, but will eat ice cream and other canned foods, such as soups?

The ingredients look like a typical processed food, except I see more herbs and spices in the mix and the chemicals are pronouncable... lol
