If you mean freeze-dried corn, they sell it at Wholefoods in little plastic tubs. I think it was a bit pricey when I saw it last. It looks similar to the corn found in CUP-O-NOODLES.

Try a Latin foods Market they carry a variety of dried corn products as well as dried Hominy and other great dried foods. Good Luck!

There is a kind, it's called Cope's . You can usually get it around October/November. It's primary use is making corn pie.

maybe if u have a farm that grows near u.ask them they might have dehydrated corn
