my wife is suffering from rheumatic fever. she was taking a medicine called 'penedure injection (LA-12)'. now it is not available locally. can any one help me get it from some where it is available.

LA-PEN is the alternate name of Penidure LA 12. I prescribe them, by the way which country are you from?

That is a very rare drug she was getting..
Its a penecillin based drug though so ask a doctor and you should be able to get a substitute, the only problem is now that she has not taken it for a while her disease may be immune to that drug, as many diseases rapidly gain antibiotic restances.
