I'm not sure a vetted source is possible without knowing your location as every little fiefdom has it's own little rule book. White gas is a light distillate that comes under local, state and federal guidelines. Yup all three. It is illegal EVERYWHERE to evaporate, flush, dump or otherwise drain. Incineration is an option in many areas but recycling is the best choice. Frankly if I had a pint I would add it to a full tank of gas. If you absolutely feel the need to dispose of it you would need a licensed haz waste contractor.

Yes, white gas should be disposed of properly to avoid contaminating the environment. Either search Google for "hazardous waste disposal" and your city or county to find your local office. Or if that doesn't work call you local waste management or garbage company for info. In my county you have to make an appointment to drop off any waste, so it may be quite inconvenient, but worth it in the end.

White gas is nothing more than refined naphtha. You can pour is out on some dirt and simply let it evaporate. Just make sure there are no ignition sources near by. I wouldn't want to dump in down the drain, in a confined area its vapors are explosive, you never know where the stuff can vent out.

most stores that sell white gas have a disposal center on site or know of one close by go to where ever you obtained the white gas and ask a clerk about it. or you could just burn it.

Just use it in your car! It's nothing more than gasoline, anyway! Recycle it in the easiest and best way. If you're that concerned about environmental issues, then use it to cook in an MSR stove!

find a toxic waste disposal in your local area
these places will usually let you drop of stuff like this free of charge
and DON'T put this in your car, no idea what octane this is and you could get premature detonation and crack a cylinder head

Why don't you just take the cap off the bottle and let it evaporate of its' own accord.
