My doctor gave me a scrip for amoxicillin, would I be able to take this without having an allergic reaction? I am able to take Erythromyicin, Clindomyacin.

Ohh I am too but Amox is fine for me. I'd call your doctor or pharmacists before taking it though.

Take a Z pack. Amoxicillin is bad if you are allergic to Penicillin.

I am allergic to Penicillin as well and have always been prescribed Erythryomycin. I've had no problems with it except when I was prescribed it in England and it made me sick to my stomach.

Amoxicillin is a penicillin- do not take if you are allergic !

I think you should have told your doctor (generally they ask themselves) about sensitivity. Amoxicillin is safe in penicillin sensitive individuals, it doesn't give reaction.
