I've never been to circuit city but Best Buy is the DEVIL! DO NOT GO THERE! They have theeee lousiest return policy, don't uphold their end of warrantees, and have been known to break items when fixing them. My sister bought a bigscreen from there. It broke. They fixed it. It broke again. They fixed it. It broke again. Today, 2 years later, that TV is STILL BROKEN. My roommate took her laptop to get fixed there. They MAILED IT OUT to fix it, then couldn't find it, then lost her charging cord. She took it back. They checked for the cord. They couldn't find the cord. She came home, and waited two weeks. Still, no cord. She ended up having to pay them for a new cord THAT ENDED UP BEING THE WRONG CORD FOR HER COMPUTER. Need I say more?

I like both but it just depends on your preference.

Each one has some pros and cons. Bottom line is, there's not a huge difference.

I like CC better mainly cause of their return policy. BB often charges a restocking fee. Watch for sales though cause CC prices can vary a lot from one week to the next.
