You have mentioned in your question that you love a certain woman. What you have possibly forgotten to mention is whether the same woman loves you too or not.
If she isn't in love with you, she is probably showing her disinterest in you by not letting you touch her. In that case you are trying to come all over a woman who isn't interested in you. You should leave her alone.
Certain women are of a puritanical bent of mind. They don't like physical intimacy before marriage. It is better not to be physical with them till they are ready.
Some prefer to wait and watch in order to be sure that the relationship is all right for them. They would wait for that much time before holding hands. In such cases, you might try without being too persistant.

This is my general advise to all.
You sound very young and if you are under 25, then study hard if in school or college, stay and finish it.
Build a carrier, youth comes but once take full advantage of it. study hard , play some enjoy friendship, then at age 25 if still unattached then try the sites like.

So you are in love and she wont let you touch her?? Maybe she is self concious, dont leave her,work it out.. if you do love her you can respect her wish that you not touch her..she is probably tryin to hide an area of her body becuase she thinks it is not beautiful. make her feel like the gorgeous women she is.

You say you love her, give her the space and time, and get to know her fundamental belief, perhaps she believes sex is part of marriage and not courtship. It could be cultural also. Respect her feelings, you said you love her and all this counts in loving a person. Respecting her for who she is and what she believes in! In a relationship on has to feel safe and trusting.
