That's in a command form to one person. In Latin, the 'your' part would not typically have been included - it would be understood that the things were 'yours' from the verb.

To address to more than one person:

Studium sequimini somnia explete in amorem vivete.

te commotum sequs, te somium intelleges, in amorem vivas

If its plural than the grammar would be different and im not sure if i got the ending of somnium right but there it is.
