Relax.
The old order is dead.
Blair is gone.
Bush is next. Not long now.
And we will close the chapter on this disgusting piece of world history.

Yes, we have free speech. You are still walking around free aren't you? People have the right to say whatever they want and the freedom to defend things they do not like. Look at Cindy Sheehan for example, she is very much outspoken and against Bush and even camped out near his ranch and now is even thinking about running for public office.
Look around and you find arguments between people. those who hate Bush and are very outspoken will be confronted by those who love him. That's just the way a Free society works.
In any country where a ruthless dictator rules, just the mere saying I do not like our leader is reason to receive the death penalty.
I am not defending Bush or Cindy but the reality is if we did not have free speech then Cindy would be in jail. If we did not have free speech and if you live in the U.S then you would now be in hiding because the police would be looking for you.
It is called 9-11 because the attacks happened in the ninth month on the 11th day. Not the 11th month on the ninth day. 9-11-01 equals September 11,2001.

You get shouted down. You do not get put in jail, tortured, murdered.
That's free speach. Free speech does not involve "them" agreeing with you, liking what you say or holding their tongues.
(You may be right about 11/9 but you're wasting your time: they use the wrong size paper, still use feet and inches, drive on the wrong side of the road etc.)

No, there is not. Why just this past week my president said the Americans who were against the wars were suffering from war fatigue, I am NOT mentally ill becauase I disagree with him, maybe because I voted for him the first time around... but not for daring to disagree with him.

Yes (mostly) to free speech for the time being, but if we continue to let political correctness flourish our rights will erode as a result.

You don't get free speech from yahoo. That is not what free speech is all about. The yahoo network is owned. It is not run by the government.

Can you get arrested for saying some particular thing to a particular person?
If yes, then you my friend, do not have freedom of speech.

On the personal, individual level, amongst friends, yes. ON a public level, less and les so. On a governmental and media level? I think it's been edited for content for decades now.
