I am not able to download latest adobe flash player..please help?

When i click install now.. there is no response. the page disappears and reappeares the same way.I am not able to put many videos in some sites like orkut and cannot watch youtube.

Sounds like a security setting.

Check to see if you are an 'Administrator'. If not, log in as someone that has admin rights, go into Users, and change your account to Administrator.

You're probably just not being patient enough, it takes a little while, actually quite a while on dial-up for the plug-in to download and install. Give it 10 minutes and see what happens.
