LOL! That is funny! I love that punchline. Didn't see it coming. It's funny and I'll tell why...the punchline implies that that particular cow has been infected by mad-cow disease. It gives a sense that it's too late. And that may be tragic...but funny. It also reflects the current worries and fears of the modern world. A joke about mad cow disease lightens the mood about the subject. So, if a mad cow outbreak occurs...it eases the minds of people to associate humor with something that isn't normally funny. Good job!
