I worked in a hospital kitchen in a small town. Washing dishes, putting deserts on trays and delivering food to the rooms asking patents what they wanted for a beverage. Without medical training there aren't a great deal of jobs but there is accounting, billing, bookkeeping, cleaning staff, maybe laundry and you might be allowed to change bedding but not lift the patents if you don't have training in lifting. Or how about working in the gift shop or dinning room.

That depends. There are the obvious clinical jobs like nursing, xray techs, lab techs, pharmacy, etc. You're not going to get a clinical job at 18... those require an education. There are jobs in admitting, billing and the business office that are also an option.
If you don't care about not getting paid, you can volunteer.
Good luck with what you decide.
