Peanut Butter is good for you and is recommended in a lot of diets. There is a Peanut Butter diet too! Peanut Butter is packed full of protein and vitamins and minerals. It can be used as a meal. You'll feel fuller for longer if you have half a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter. It also helps fight heart disease.
In fact, the more often you eat peanut butter (and nuts), the lower your risk of heart disease. The protein and fiber in peanut butter "sticks to your ribs" and is not fattening–unless you overeat total calories that day. Two tablespoons of peanut butter is a serving!
So, you are eating a good thing, just don't go overboard with the peanut butter.

peanut butter spaghetti sounds good. I would try mixing peanut butter into some dough then making pasta, then serve it with strawberry jam or puree.

Or use funnel cake batter with peanut butter and have it pour though small holes into the fryer and make funnel cake spaghetti!

I cooked in my aunt's daycare for a while to help her out, and according to the state it can be used as a meat substitute, but we still had to serve a fruit and a vegetable with it. Peanut butter is good for you, but you cannot live on it.
