When everyone handles the stress accordingly it's definitely an enjoyable rush. When the situation goes out of whack, it's torture.

Most of the time it's a rush. But there are days when I just want time to slow down (like when I'm hitting against a deadline for work).

What's most frustrating is the slowness of public buses - they even have the Pokey (as in "slowpoke") awards for them.

you get used to it and it seems prefectly normal but sometimes it can annoy you especially in the heat and walking..and omgosh lol
