Too many treats of any sort aren't good for your kitty, so give her (him?) just a couple a day. Also, cats can't OD on catnip, but they can get so used to it that it's not as nteresting for them so you might want to limit catnip to once or twice a week so it stays fun. Not all cats enjoy catnip, some are totally indifferent to it.

I would say there is no exact set limit, but moderation is key.
For instance, I only use cat treats for training purposes.

my vet told me that i should give her 2 to 3 meals a day, one at breakfast, one at luch time, and on at dinner.

Try not to give her more than one or two a day.
