Not only did he do the back stroke doggy paddle etc.. he most likely had a few swim moves that no one til this day can do! he probably named them cool names the way skate boarders name their moves (half pipe, etc) And when the diciples tried to copy Jesus fancy swimming moves and failed, Jesus just laughed and laughed...... lighten up people. I'm sure Jesus is lauging at this dude silly @ss now.

Your Jesus, when He was 30 years old, did this really cool water immersion move with his cousin. John was not really ready for this move but Jesus said that John had to assist in the move so that the prophecies of some old testament prophets would come true. As Jesus said "it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness". Jesus stood in the ice cold Jordon river and had his cousin John shove Him completely under the water. Some Christians call this move Baptism. It is a symbolic act that testifies to the death and burial of your old dirty body and the cleansing action of repentance in the submersion and the resurrection of your spirit in Jesus when you come up out of the water. When Jesus did this water move, Heaven opened and the Spirit of God touched Him.
Jesus' water move is so famous that billions since have taken the plunge of Baptism in the name of God the Father, His Spirit and Jesus Himself.
Oh and that walking on water on bit was really clever because He taught that move to Peter. Although Peter did not seem to be that willing to pursue the completion to the lesson.
Why don't you see if you can do that Jesus baptism move, open heaven and hear God. Come on try it!!!

Well Luci was on the right track, but His favorite swimming style was in fact the Holy INVERTED Breaststroke: similar to elementary backstroke, but with a breaststroke kick.
