Im only 19 so anything that could be caused by long term effects probably isn't an issue

This is not gastritis. Gastiritis is a GI bug. You sound like you have bad drinking problem and have started to "rot" your instestines out already. Go see your doc to determine what is going on and how much damage you have already done.

If you drink more than just one a day, then you're putting your health at risk, specifically your liver. I suggest getting yourself into a doctor Monday morning, and asking him if he feels liver function tests are necessary. What you've explained here is the perfect explanation for a swollen liver, or liver disease. Don't mess around, you can die quickly, or if you're unlucky, you'll die a very slow, painful death...stopping the alcohol now, and starting the correct treatments/medications can save your life if you've drank your liver sick.

Liver disease doesn't have to come from long term use! In fact, your at a higher risk of liver disease now than if you started drinking at 30 simply because you're body isn't completely done growing until you're 21. You could have very well damaged your vital organs while they were in the process of growing. They don't say teens shouldn't drink just because of driving issues, it really does harm you in health related ways too.

That doesn't sound like Gastritis. it sounds more like your liver. I would go and have liver biopsied to make sure there's no fatty tissue there or cirrhosis.
