My sister gave me a herb plant called savory,I don't know how to use it or what to use it on.Never heard of it before.anyone know what i am talking about.

Savory: an herb of the genus Satureja, commonly used to flavor beans and turkey stuffing.

Truthfully, the only thing I ever use it for is on turkey and stuffing...but it is great. Might be good on chicken, although I've not tried it.

My mom uses it in stuffing for the Thanksgiving turkey.

i used it in soups and with fish and chicken. when i would bake i would put that on top of the meat with lemon.
i soup i just chop it and toss it in before the end of the cooking process
