It depends. A hamburger patty that is just beef that you get from the store and you make the burger yourself is around 380 calories a serving and that it without a bun. But, soy protein burgers that you get at the store is only 70 calories and tastes good as well.

It depends if it is lean ground beef, ground chuck or what and also how big it is and how thick it is etc.
