The best way is :
microdermabrasion and glycolic peels.
Microdermabrasion helps remove the uppermost dead skin layer of cells and thus fades away the scare. Glycolic peels also does the same, and it even deep cleanses your skin thus preventing breakouts. If you go the doctor, he will also prescribe you a ableaching cream like hydroquinone.
Also exfoliate your skin regularly with some good exfoliator available in the market or you could even use sugar crystals.

A peeling of AHAs or Salycilic acid or a microdermoabrasion system usually works well when you have post-acne marks that are relatively new. If the scars you are complaining about are presented by tiny holes or depressions on your skin I would suggest that you either use dermoabrasion or laser. One product that I would definitelly recommend is Resurgie from Ebel. This creams works wonders believe me, you truly feel as if you discovered a new skin underneath yours. Hope this helps you!
I have not had any success with either cocoa butter or vitamin E. Instead I have experienced that Vitamin C helps me to fade marks faster. Another cream I would recommend is Dermisa, it is cheaper than Resurgie and its targeted to discolorations. The only advantage of Resurgie over Dermisa is that it also rejuvenates your overall skin complexion. Hope to have helped you!

ScarZone is the best product on the market in my opinion. Had a breast biopsy a couple of years ago and the resulting scar was, of all places right on the top of my breast where my blouse lays open for all to see. I used it for about 6 months and the scar is almost completely gone. Only a small shiny spot remains. In order to see it, a person would have to practically put their nose on my breast. Not gonna happen! Treat the skin on your face very gently or you stand a chance to have pock marks like those you see on heavy smokers. Those pock marks are caused by their smoking and the after effects of acne. Good luck, Hon!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

You could try some vitamin E pills.Rub them on the spot 3~4 times a day for a few months and they should eventually fade over time.

Is it the color of them that bothers you or the physical marks in your skin? If you had them professionally removed, dermabrasion and laser treatments would be done. You could scrub your face with a wash cloth until you removed the top few layers of skin. It may take a few "treatments" but it would get rid of them. i don't know that I suggest doing that, but it is a solution.
