When I download the free trial, then I start the set up, when the box comes up and starts to install it, it brings up a error message saying I need to close Internet Explorer. So I did that, and it still came up. Then I closed down the net compleatly (disabled the net), and it still came up ... Any clues on how to get it to install?

It may depend on a couple of things like what computer are you using Mac or PC are you downloading the correct version for your Operating System. Do you have enough Free Space this is a very large program.
Do you have enough Ram to use it or download it Check on the System Requirements on the page before you attempt to download it you may not have enough hard drive, ram or any number of things that are causing your error message.
