Absolutely not. The photos of "cat-rabbit hybrids" you occasionally see are either trick photos or they are pictures of a Manx cat. They have longer hind legs than other cats, and sometimes individual Manx have really long ones.

An aside on your question, there are some cats human beings verify with as "cabbits." those at the instant are not a blend of a cat and a rabbit, yet fairly actually Manx cats. Manx come from the Isle of guy and oftentimes have not any tails. (Manx could have tails, opposite to familiar theory, and tailed Manx are serious in breeding to stay away from life-threatening spinal delivery defects.) Manx additionally oftentimes have larger than regular hind legs and while working could have greater of a hop, giving them a rabbit visual attraction.

No, they're two different species and can't cross.
There was some joking that Manx cats are a rabbit cross, because their hind end has longer legs, but they're strictly cats and no rabbits were involved.

Sure put them together in a confined space. Then wait and see. Better if you use a smaller rabbit.
