One good place to look might be an issue of The Shotgun News. They have all kinds of adds in there. Other wise, you might pick up another Mosin and use the stock. Perhaps someone might have one with a burned-out bore they'll let go cheap.

The shotgun news (as suggested) is a great source. You might want to check out MidwayUSA and Cheaper than Dirt to see if they have anything.
If you don't need it right away, you could keep an eye out on www.auctionarms.com for one to come up at auction.
A quick search on cheaper than dirt, I found one for ~$60.
