radio and clock reset everytime i turn the car off then back on, and the speedometer works when it wants to. is there a fuse or relay that might have set off all these problems? please help

Man that is a old maxima. 17 years old for a car is like a human being 105 years old. You are lucky that it even runs at all!

Look for plastic amber colored crumbles on the drivers floor. That was the brake pedal grommet that pushes the brake light switch That might fix the cruise and the low voltage problem because the brake lights are staying on... Audio fuses and other fuses should be inspected next

Have your unit electrical system check for loose wire or grounded wire. Also some 1990 maxima nissan has a mini computer under its dashboard, have it check also for virus /loose connection... good luck Joey
