Hey, I have any itchy mole under my chin and on my right ear. Sometimes I itch the right ear mole so much that it sometimes it bleeds, and for the other mole when i shave my chin, it starts to nick parts of the mole and it bleeds and hurts really badly. Would my insurance cover it, and would the family doctor do this procedure? I have Keystone Mercy, and I'm going to the dermatologist next month. Thanks

Your insurance should cover anything a doctor finds medically necessary to remove. The doctor may need to do a biopsy and if it is medically necessary to remove it he will submit the required paperwork in for authorization. So, it's really up to what your doctor finds necessary to do with them.
