I have a FujiFilm Finepix, 7.3 megapixels, A700.
I dropped it on my deck, and now the lens is jammed inside the other one, the shutter is stuck halfway shut. When I turn it on, the beeps and a notice comes up saying "Zoom Error". I can still view my pictures, I just can't take any. Any suggestions on how to unjam the lens?
And please don't suggest that I need to buy a new one, or get it repaired, I know thats an option.

Thanks (:

There is no other option other than the ones you mentioned - you have to get it fixed. There is no way you can fix it yourself. Sorry.....

If you know the options, why are you asking? You can try to unjam the lens using your hands, pliers, or a hammer, or tweezers, or magic un-jamming spells, but the result will probably be the same.
