There are some things you should take.

Here are some things you should "take":

A course on nutritional balance and overall health.

A bike ride with hills up and down. (Not in the gym.)

Some protein drinks high in leucine, an important amino acid.

A course in speed reading. As the mind goes the body follows.

A hike, and after a while, one with some mountains involved.

A long swim in an indoor pool, if one is available.

A good long look at yourself, to develop an understanding of the more important things you want to achieve, in addition to your physical appearance.

A seat in the same room with a trusted mentoring adult who can let you know what has worked for him.

These are all things you should take, but pills are the last thing you should be thinking about, at this stage in your life.

Keep in mind that you have not had your last growth spurt yet, and you don't want anything to foul that up.

And lastly, take also the good advice that many others have shared, and weave them into your plan as well.

At your young age you need to be taking in a high amount of calories from quality food sources. Make sure you eat good proteins from beef, chicken, eggs, beans and fish. Get good carbs from vegetables, potatoes and balance your meals with protein, carbs and complex carbs.
Really important is to get a weight gain protein powder with high quality protein and calories. Mix it up in a blender with fruit, water, juice or low fat milk. Take the shake 3 x a day and AFTER MEALS. If you drink them before you will fill up and not eat well. Get a good multi vitamin as well and creatine will help you retain size.
Get on a good weight training schedule for bulking up but make sure you stretch and stay limber for all the sports you do.
Good luck and make sure you steer clear of steroids or other short cuts.

Don't take anything. Diet supplements are so unatural and can carry risks. Try taking a healthier approach. Eat a well balanced diet with a little extra protein and exercise often. Just don't overdo it. Its better to just be fit, but still allow your body to be given enough and remain healthy. Start slow and work your way up, and remember to focus on how you feel more than how you look.

You're doing a great job already, with all the sports you're taking.

If you want more muscle, I think weight training would be great. Eating a lot of protein is important, too. Stay away from steroids unless you want to ruin your life.

Talk to your coaches. They know all about this stuff. I bet they could tell you exactly what to do, what to eat, etc.

Remember----NO PILLS!

Weight train 3x per week, and eat foods high in protein. For example: eggs/egg beaters, cottage cheese, lean meats, protein bars and shakes, muscle milk, etc. Make protein the focus of a balanced diet.

taking something to build muscle is not the right way to go about getting bigger. Building muscle take exercise and the right diet. High is protein low in fat. More importantly time and Patience.
