You had the car three years, and now expect to be able to have someone else fix your car? Even if there was a problem, the statute of limitations is expired.
You had the vehicle for three years, and now are having problems. Even if there was something that the dealer did wrong, there is no way at this late date to prove it!
You bought a used vehicle. You have gotten three years of service from it. You have to expect that you will have to spend some money on repairs in that time!

You always have options. If you are only experiencing problems now, after 3 years then I would say you did ok. Besides, 3 years it a bit of a stretch to be taking it back to the dealer. Maybe it's time for a new car, I would take what I learned from purchasing the current car you own and apply it to the next one you are getting. In other words do your research and look it up on carfax before you make your next purchase.

You've got to be kidding. You've had a used car for 3 years just now found out the history, and want to return it? First of all, you run the Carfax report before you buy, not after. Second, you bought a used car, you have to expect some problems, especially after 3 years. Third, why would you take it back to the dealer? They don't want your car, they sold it to you and a finance company actually owns it - unless you've paid the loan off. Sorry, but you are s.o.l here. You have 2 options: fix it or sell/trade it.

so you bought a used car 3 years ago and never expected to have any problems? You can't take it back after having it for 3 years, get it fixed or get a new car

After 3 years? Do you honestly believe you can take it back to the dealer? If so, do us all a favor and don't vote.

Not unless they lied about the car. Like it had a salvage title. I think that would be the only thing.
