the thing about pregnancy is that you never know what parts of your body are going to grow with it. some people (the lucky ones) only ever get a cute pregnant belly, others swell up all over and look like violet from willy wonka. i have plans for ribcage tattoos but will definitely be waiting until after children for that exact reason. i would HATE to have a great tattoo only to have it be ruined from stretching out. tattoos last a lifetime and i can be patient.

As the others have said, it really just depends: where you carry your child, how your body stretches, how much your size deviates from your normal size... all kinds of stuff. I have a tattoo beneath my belly button and above my crotch that is 11.5"x3", and I have not had children (yet). I met a woman with a similarly sized/located tat and a 2 year old, whose tattoo was still lovely. I don't know what mine will do, but I'm (oboviously) willing to gamble on it. Best of luck!

Yes it'll stretch. You will grow older and weight attain is possible (sorry). The pleasant position to get a tattoo if you're involved approximately stretching is your shoulder. The pleasant approach to tone your abs is crunches, however be certain to see you again as good so you do not injure your self. Cardio is well for weight reduction and muscle force, however it may not provide you that sculpted seem i feel you're going for.

I think it depends on how big your belly becomes. Some women have a smaller one than others. If you carry the baby more up front, it's a bigger one. Carry the baby on your back bone and it's smaller, but uncomfortable...Weight gain is also a factor, so I don't know...If it's the front of the rib cage, it will probably stretch some. Most women's stomach's start right below the breasts by the 7th month.

If you get a tattoo and then get pregnant, it's like if you would draw
on a balloon and then blow it up.
When you let the air out, it will go back
to the way it was before.
But don't forget, you have to take care
of yourself and exercise to loose the
weight...........unless you're a "natural".
