This wasn't something I was born with, but developed after experiencing hormonal problems. The area on my nose looks odd, and I want to get rid of it..but nothing has worked. Now, I just want to cover it up. I'm not getting it for any other reason, and when I was younger..I did not have this problem. So, I wouldn't be changing what Allah swt naturally gave to me.

read this verse, read what Satan told Allah , part of it is he will command people to change the nature created by Allah:
:
[119] Verily, I will mislead them, and surely, I will arouse in them false desires; and certainly, I will order them to slit the ears of cattle, and indeed I will order them TO CHANGE THE NATURE CREATED BY ALLAH "And whoever takes Shaitân (Satan) as a Walî (protector or helper) instead of Allâh, has surely suffered a manifest loss.
Quran 4:119

I don't see why not, many Muslims get plastic surgery and that is acceptable. You're not getting a normal tattoo to show off or anything.

It is not what goes into a person which defiles him (or her) but what comes out. So, yes you may.
