Put them to bed. 9 is more than late enough.
You can do the whole big production number with it...put the three year old in bed with the eight year old, and read them both stories until they pass out.
Generally the three year old will pass out first, so pick him up and put him in his own bed, then read gorier tales to the eight year old.
They'll love it!!

The 3 year old should be in bed and the 8 year old should be in bed very soon, if not already. Read some books and put them to bed!

a 3 year old should be in bed at 8:00 pm and an 8 year old should be in bed by 9:00 thats how it was 4 me : ]

Heck turn on a good Movie,order a Pizza, Play some board Games,,,there alot of things you could do! come on Lighten-up
