i used to have a very high pain threshold but just lately its weakened up alot!!?? its very irritataing? why would this happen?

maybe it is that you used to be in alot of pain so you could tolerate a lot of pain.

are you in less pain now then before?

or did something big happen to you?

It is probable that your former "high pain threshold" was purely a figament of your imagination in our conditioned society where suffering pain with out wincing is considered the epitome of manliness. When you encountered some real severe pain (like a toothache) it was not as bearable as you remembered. reacting to previous pains. I cite as a reference for this statement:
