do u no any exercises that will help me run faster i do have ankle weights

Try to often compete against faster people.
Stretch out your legs as much as possible when you sprint, getting lower, but don't loose your balance.
I'm a beginner, but that's what my coach told me.

ankle weights r not a good training method espically when running because they will affect the way u run. just try to build ur calfs jumping exercises r a great way to do that

I don't know do you have ankle weights?
But no ankle weights might help but they'll make
your legs tire out faster.
Just run a lot
and do leg stretches and stuff.

Faster at what distance? And how much and how often do you run now?

build up endurance!! just keep running more even if you are a sprinter
