I'm hoping to lose 10~15 lbs ASAP..hopefully by mid august?
and i'm doing okay with eating...but in terms of exercising im still pretty lazy XD
so i was wondering which would benefit me more with losing weight?
jumping rope for 30 mins a day?
or brisk walking for 45 mins a day?
and would it be best to do this early in the morning or later on in the day?

Since you say you're alittle on the "lazy" side- I'd go with the Daily brisk walk. My feeling IS- that you're MORE likely to keep it up- over time- than going the jump roping route. Also, if you can find someone to walk WITH you, you'd have an even BETTER CHANCE at keeping it up- because you'd tend to encourage each other to "keep at it". Early Morning walking is BEST; #1.-It's the cooler, less stress full time of day. #2. -You're not tired out from whatever you DID that day, And #3.- Because if you have to MISS that morning walk for some reason- you can ALWAYS make it up- that Evening!!! Good luck on your diet & exersize program! :)

Both the rope routine and the walking are usually easier first thing in the morning - before breakfast is even better. I'd suggest alternating the rope and the walking. Jump rope one day and walk the next day, then back to the rope. Be sure not to short yourself in the hydration department - drink plenty of water while exercising, particularly during the hot, humid days of July and August.

the walking would be easier on the knees than the jumprope thing.

but since jumping rope is something like slow jogging, it might help you lose weight faster.

personally, if it were convenient to my schedule, i would try to go walking in the mornings so I can get it over with, and get on with the rest of my day.

Skip waiting suites. When you have an appointment, check in and then go for a walk until your receptionist phones you.
