I want to get a job in the music industry, what are some things that I can do?

I do not have any schooling in music except for high school choir (I doubt this counts)

if you do not have a natural talent then learn how to play an instrument and be able to read sheet music.get educated and be very patient because it is usually a long hard road many try most fail.have a back up plan like a real job.good luck.
