Well it's Saturday night here. And no breakfast is being planned yet. But tomorrow is Sunday. And that is usually a big
breakfast. So what can I offer you? Thin crisp bacon, a couple
of eggs prepared as you'd like (scrambled with cheese, milk
and diced onion, or fried hard or over easy?). Then there is
a potato bar, unless you'd like fried potatoes with a bit of
milk gravy covering them (southern or truck drivers style).
And then you have a choice of a buttered bagel, or sliced
toast (white or whole wheat). And then a glass of either
vegitable juice, tomato, or maybe the orange juice.
We've already had french toast this week, and an omelet,
and poached eggs. So coming up will be pancakes with
sliced canned peaches, and sugar free maple syrup and
a couple slices of thin bacon. So if you are here on Monday
that is what you can probably expect.
Anything but the cold cereal for todays' breakfast. I had a
bowl of Raisen Bran and a glass of OJ. And a few dark Bing
cherries as an afterthought. So commona my house!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Keeping that in mind you need to eat healthy and things that will give you energy though out the day and not a little while such as a sugar rush. a nice healthy and warm breakfast consisting of eggs, toast, milk or a glass of O.J. will do the trick. If you cant cook then a bowl of wheat/oats cereal with a 2% to 1% fat milk will do the trick.
Enjoy!

I'd like to have French toast, with bacon and eggs and a glass of mango juice. I'll probably end up eating oatmeal with toast. Not that I'm complaining...Quaker Honeynut oatmeal is great.

Toulouse sausages, black pudding, white pudding, scrambled duck eggs and fruit and nut bread fried in chilli oil, delicious. Yesterday it was ham, salami, cold sausages and smoked cheese with croissants and black bread.
